My son has been finding different types of exercises he enjoys. When he was looking up different stretching techniques he stumbled on yoga. He asked me to make him yoga task cards, so he can use them everyday. Of course I was happy to make them for him.
He enjoyed them so much, I decided to add them to my Tpt store. I also add some breathing exercise cards and posters.
