My review of the Glade® Sense & Spray™ Automatic Freshener

I am a Bzz Agent and this is one of the great products I was able to review for them!

Get long-lasting freshness only when you need it with the first motion-activated air freshener from Glade. The Glade sense & spray Automatic freshener is in one word awesome! I put it in my bathroom and whenever the light is turned on it gives a spray of fresheness.

How does it work? The unit automatically sprays fragrance when the sensor detects motion, then locks for 30 minutes to conserve the refill. (I love that it locks for the 30 minutes ~ to save the fragrance from being used up to quickly) Of course, if you need an instant burst of Glade® fragrance at any time just press the boost button on the front of the unit and you're set.

Glade® Sense & Spray™ motion-activated freshener is definitely the smart way to keep your home smelling fresh. It's easy to set up and easy to use. All you have to do is insert the refill canister in the sleek spray unit, pull the red tab to activate the batteries, place it where you need it and forget about it. Glade® Sense & Spray™ motion-activated freshener will take care of the rest!

Glade says that the spray will last about 30 days, but mine it still going strong! I will be buying the refills and continuing to use this product because it works everytime!

This is an awesome product that I love!!! My bathroom has never smelt so fresh and clean. My family came over for a party and everyone wanted to know what I was using and I explained that it was the Glade Fragrance spray and told them how it works and how wonderful the bathroom has smelt with 2 boys in my home and two of my sister went out and bought them.

I am going to get another one for the family room! I think everyone should have one in the bathroom!! :)

Arts and Crafts Boo ~ boo!

We were making crafts to give for Christmas presents and my son cut his finger and ran around saying I got a boo - boo, mommy. Like a hundred times. He isn't bleeding anymore, but is mad at the scissors like it's the scissors fault. He is so cute. I hope he will use the scissor without being afraid he will cut his finger again. I think he'll be okay ~ his a boy :)

Make It Merry Blog Party: Day One

I have taken part of the 30-Minute CARD Challenge. And I loved doing it and my five year old son also got excited and made a card too!! I think I like his the best!! :)

Day one of the Adornit’s Christmas Blog Party!

The Princess and the Frog!!!!!!

The Princess and the Frog is an animated family film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios, which is loosely based on E.D. Baker's novel The Frog Princess. I love this story as a child and can not wait to watch the movie!!!!

A prince named Naveen (Bruno Campos) from the land of Maldonia[6] is transformed into a frog by the evil scheming voodoo magician Dr. Facilier (Keith David). The frog prince mistakes a girl named Tiana (Anika Noni Rose) for a princess and has her kiss him to break the spell. However, the kiss doesn't break the spell, but instead turns Tiana into a frog as well. Together, the two of them must reach the good voodoo priestess of the Bayou, Mama Odie, while befriending a trumpet-playing alligator and a hopelessly romantic firefly along the way. The film will open in limited release in New York and Los Angeles on November 25, 2009 before expanding into wide release on December 11, 2009

I love that the kiss doesn't break the spell and that is turns the girl into a frog. I love how they changed the story, put a little twist on it. I will be going to the movie theather the night it opens with my family. I might be 38 years old, but I am one of Disney's biggest fans!!!!!

What makes me a Theta Mom!

I have been tagged by Theta Mom, http://www.thetamom.com/ I am to share five experiences that have helped to shape me into a Theta Mom (The True, Authentic Mom).

1. My son has had a lot of problems with his ears and hearing. Which has made him behind on his speech. Since he last surgery we have been working really hard to teach him new words and to help him to talk more. I feel really bad when he is trying to communicate something and we don't understand, and it frustrates him a lot!

2. When my son was a baby everytime we'd go into Walmart he would start screaming and crying for no reason. People would follows us around asking if he was okay. As soon as we'd walk out the crying would stop. It was the strangest thing, but we learned to do different things to try to get him to not cry. The best one was to go right before lunch and let him eat while we quickly ran around and got all the grocery. We learn to shop fast then, but now he asks to go to Walmart all the time.

3. School was/is a huge learning experience for me and my husband. When we put our son into pre k thinking he would be well taken care of and wasn't ~ well that was a huge eye opener about the system. And then we took the time so go out and find the best school with caring teachers. We are so happy for him to start school this week and we are hoping he loves it!!!

4. I think the biggest thing that made me a true Authentic Mom was the fact that my husband didn't want kids at the time we got pregnant and wasn't there for our son as much, so I did everything. I got so used to being the parent that did it all that when my husband desided he was ready to be a parent it was hard at first to let him. Now it is awesome to have a partner who wants to help and also wants to be there for his son.

5. I always knew I wanted to be a parent and growing up I wanted tons of kids. But my husband only wants one and will not change his mind on the subject at all! As I grow closer to my 40s I don't think I want to be pregnant again, especially seeing one of my older sister going through it and listening to all her new pains. I am now content to being a mom of one child. And I am able to stop treating him like a baby and let him be an older child. He is a really good son who is always making me laugh and I enjoy hanging with. He is very inventive and loves doing goofy things to get his dad and me laughing!!!!

Being a Mother is the most rewarding and fun job I've ever had!! And I look forward to what the future brings.

Day 7 of the gratitute challenge!!!

I am on day 7 of the gratitute challenge. I am so far behind, but with Adam's school progams and everyone getting sick in the house ~ I am happy to be able to get on my computer at all!!!!! :0)

My mother-in-law

My mother-in-law passed away from breast cancer 7 years ago and she was a wonderful women, who is missed by everyone! Since October is breast cancer awareness, I just wanted to post that I miss her and honor her today!

I love the fall and all the beautiful colors! I hope everyone is having a wonderful fall day!
